Per a Gates \u00e9s molt important la imatge que es projecta de la seva marca i per aix\u00f2 inverteix en comunicaci\u00f3, i afirma fins i tot que seguiria invertint en aquest camp fins al seu \u00faltim d\u00f2lar. Aquesta visi\u00f3, situa en <strong>les relacions p\u00fabliques i la comunicaci\u00f3 una oportunitat de rellan\u00e7ar el negoci<\/strong> en moments de retroc\u00e9s.
