Doncs perqu\u00e8 la realitat del segle XXI no transcorre nom\u00e9s davant dels nostres peus, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a dins del nostre smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>Les xarxes han vingut per quedar-se i s\u2019han convertit en imprescindibles. La majoria de nosaltres hi compartim experi\u00e8ncies, sentiments, coneixements&#8230; S\u00f3n un aparador de la nostra vida i a trav\u00e9s d\u2019elles configurem la nostra identitat digital. Les utilitzem a diari en la faceta personal, tamb\u00e9 en la vessant professional i la seva m\u00faltiple funcionalitat les fa enormement vers\u00e0tils. Per tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan dif\u00edcil prescindir dels dispositius intel\u00b7ligents, encara que sigui per una \u00fanica jornada.<!--more-->Tanmateix, la depend\u00e8ncia extrema de les tecnologies de la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3 (TIC) pot ser perjudicial per a la salut. Els experts recomanen <a href=\"http:\/\/premsa.gencat.cat\/pres_fsvp\/AppJava\/notapremsavw\/294769\/ca\/salut-recomana-seguir-dieta-digital-afavorir-descans-lestiu.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aprofitar l\u2019estiu i les vacances per desconnectar i gaudir dels beneficis que pot comportar la \u2018dieta digital\u2019<\/a>: descansar mentalment de l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019est\u00edmuls a qu\u00e8 poden exposar les TIC , millorar la percepci\u00f3 d\u2019autocontrol i la gesti\u00f3 del temps, relacionar-se m\u00e9s intensament i sense interfer\u00e8ncies amb la fam\u00edlia i els amics, i disposar de m\u00e9s temps per llegir, pensar o, senzillament, per no fer res.<\/p>\n<p>Si tenim prou for\u00e7a de voluntat per emprendre aquesta dieta, no perdrem pes per\u00f2 s\u00ed que sanarem la nostra ment, per afrontar amb energia i empenta els nous per\u00edodes laborals.
