Contra la idea que l&#8217;important en Comunicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s el missatge, o el disseny, o el canal o qualsevol altra dimensi\u00f3 espec\u00edfica, conv\u00e9 recordar que nom\u00e9s qui enfoca encertadament\u00a0la globalitat de la situaci\u00f3\u00a0assolir\u00e0 els objectius. Aix\u00f2 exigeix una correcta\u00a0an\u00e0lisi del problema i una alta dosi de creativitat en la soluci\u00f3. Pensar. I despr\u00e9s, tornar a pensar.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 en Comunicaci\u00f3 hi ha una <strong>regla d&#8217;or<\/strong> addicional que massa sovint s&#8217;oblida: <strong>pensar en el destinatari<\/strong>, en el receptor. Tant les an\u00e0lisis com les propostes operatives han d&#8217;estar fetes des de la perspectiva dels nostres interlocutors si es vol que siguin plenament efectives. Conceptes com la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nngroup.com\/articles\/usability-101-introduction-to-usability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">usabilitat<\/a>\u00a0o l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ueq-online.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">experi\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;usuari<\/a> s\u00f3n determinants a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;influir els altres amb els nostres missatges o accions.<\/p>\n<p>I aix\u00f2 remet al moment de la veritat: just quan els nostres missatges arriben al receptor. Siguem sincers: quantes vegades escrivim o diem discursos\u00a0amb massa subordinades? Quantes vegades oferim informacions desendre\u00e7ades o disconnexes? Quantes vegades en un grafisme la lletra \u00e9s tan petita que no es llegeix? Quantes vegades infoxiquem, i quantes fem massa elisions?<br \/>\nPensar (estrat\u00e8gia) \u00e9s essencial, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s qui t\u00e9 cura en l&#8217;<strong>execuci\u00f3<\/strong> arriba a l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia.
