Es torna a analitzar, es torna a pensar i es torna a actuar. I, aix\u00ed, successivament, cap a l\u2019\u00e8xit.<br \/>\nPer actuar d\u2019una manera professional i obtenir resultats, \u00e9s necessari abandonar certes din\u00e0miques \u00e8piques-rom\u00e0ntiques heretades del periodisme cl\u00e0ssic i aplicar metodologies i processos. Aix\u00ed doncs, hem de planificar la nostra estrat\u00e8gia de comunicaci\u00f3 de manera que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u2019orienti a la consecuci\u00f3 de resultats mesurables.<\/li>\n<li>Faciliti la coordinaci\u00f3 de tota l\u2019activitat comunicativa (efici\u00e8ncia i efic\u00e0cia).<\/li>\n<li>Ens permeti ser proactius, tant per preveure i avan\u00e7ar-nos a les necessitats, com per abordar de manera planificada i en les millors condicions qualsevol situaci\u00f3 inesperada o de crisi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->Un m\u00e8tode per aconseguir-ho \u00e9s aplicar sistemes tipus <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdcahome.com\/5202\/ciclo-pdca\/\">PDCA<\/a> (planificar, desenvolupar, controlar i ajustar):<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Planificar<\/strong>: definir els objectius i resultats que l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 espera aconseguir i com alinear amb ells la pol\u00edtica de comunicaci\u00f3. (El que se\u2019n diu fer un bon Pla de comunicaci\u00f3).<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Desenvolupar<\/strong>: posar en marxa accions orientades a assolir aquests objectius. (Definir un Pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 i la seva posada en pr\u00e0ctica).<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Controlar<\/strong>: analitzar i avaluar, peri\u00f2dicament i de la manera m\u00e9s objectiva possible, el resultat de la din\u00e0mica de comunicaci\u00f3 i de les accions que hem dut a terme, comparant-les amb els resultats esperats. (Elaborar un Informe de seguiment).<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Ajustar<\/strong>: reconduir aquelles accions que no estiguin aconseguint els resultats desitjats o introduir-ne de noves que permetin millorar o adequar l\u2019activitat de comunicaci\u00f3. (\u00c9s a dir, dissenyar i executar un Pla de millora).<br \/>\nSembla un cam\u00ed m\u00e9s llarg? No ho \u00e9s: \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic que ens permet arribar al nostre dest\u00ed sense perdre\u2019ns.
