S\u00f3n \u00e8pics alguns casos en qu\u00e8 el\/la <em>community manager<\/em> ha publicat per error al compte oficial de Twitter o Instagram de l\u2019empresa, pensant que ho feia al seu personal. Els efectes d\u2019aquesta \u201crelliscada virtual\u201d dependran del contingut que s\u2019hagi dif\u00f3s per\u00f2, sobretot, de l\u2019humor amb qu\u00e8 els internautes acullin la confusi\u00f3 i de la gesti\u00f3 que en faci la companyia. L\u2019error tant pot quedar en una an\u00e8cdota com derivar en una aut\u00e8ntica crisi de reputaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia&#8230; autogenerada!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Esborro el tuit? Dic que m\u2019han piratejat el compte? Qu\u00e8 faig&#8230;?<\/strong><br \/>\nAccidents com aquests es poden evitar amb mesures senzilles com fer servir diferents gestors per publicar al perfil personal i al corporatiu. Per\u00f2 com que l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0, en la seva varietat <em>community manager<\/em>, \u00e9s divers i imprevisible, \u00e9s bo incloure\u2019ls com un eventual incident dins el nostre manual de gesti\u00f3 de comunicaci\u00f3 de crisi. \u00c9s a dir: definir, per avan\u00e7at, de quina manera hi donarem resposta en cas que es produeixi. Perqu\u00e8, com en tota crisi de comunicaci\u00f3, amb una bona gesti\u00f3 podem arribar a donar-l\u2019hi la volta i sortir-ne refor\u00e7ats.<\/p>\n<p>Un interessant <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.icemd.com\/blog-gestion-de-crisis-de-reputacion-online-llevada-a-la-practica\/el-tweet-de-fnac-y-otros-casos-en-los-que-el-community-manager-confundio-el-perfil-personal-con-el-corporativo\/\">article publicat per l\u2019Institut d\u2019Economia Digital de l\u2019ESIC<\/a> recull alguns dels casos de confusi\u00f3 m\u00e9s sonats i d\u00f3na pautes b\u00e0siques per evitar convertir-nos en els seg\u00fcents protagonistes: reaccionar r\u00e0pid, respondre a trav\u00e9s de la mateixa xarxa social, donar la cara i assumir l\u2019error, valorar la idone\u00eftat o no d\u2019esborrar el missatge&#8230; B\u00e9, i tamb\u00e9 no \u201cimmolar\u201d el nostre CM com a cap de turc.
