Encara avui, un bon nombre de gent pensa que el p\u00fablic \u00e9s est\u00fapid i que s\u2019ho empassa tot, tant se val si \u00e9s o no veritat. El banc\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/articles\/economics\/09\/lehman-brothers-collapse.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lehman Brothers<\/a>, el fabricant de cotxes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bloncampus.thehindubusinessline.com\/columns\/world-view\/the-abject-failure-that-is-general-motors\/article25624078.ece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">General Motors<\/a>\u00a0o, m\u00e9s propers a nosaltres, el portal d\u2019internet\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enriquedans.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/La-historia-no-contada-del-fin-de-Terra-Bez.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Terra\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0van ser dominadors del mercat un temps m\u00e9s o menys llarg, per\u00f2 van acabar sucumbint a la seva pol\u00edtica de projectar una imatge irreal de les seves capacitats i actius. Van enganyar clients i accionistes i, al final, el seu relat es va ensorrar com un castell de cartes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mentir \u00e9s la pitjor estrat\u00e8gia de comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0que pots plantejar-te: et pot donar avantatges temporals, per\u00f2 mai no podr\u00e0s reconstruir la teva reputaci\u00f3 quan s\u2019hagi enfonsat.\u00a0Mentir \u00e9s una forma r\u00e0pida\u00a0per crear estats d\u2019opini\u00f3 puntualment favorables, per\u00f2 mai serveix per a assolir els objectius a llarg termini. Al contrari, com m\u00e9s menteixes m\u00e9s te n\u2019allunyes.<span id=\"more-6888\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, \u00bfes pot difondre un relat potent al mercat i\/o a la societat\u00a0sense falsejar les pr\u00f2pies debilitats, ja sigui amagant-les, negant-les o disfressant-les? Doncs s\u00ed que es pot,\u00a0nom\u00e9s cal assumir una condici\u00f3: que els resultats d\u2019aquesta manera\u00a0d\u2019actuar trigaran una mica m\u00e9s de temps a aconseguir-se.\u00a0 Per\u00f2, a canvi, seran molt m\u00e9s s\u00f2lids i duradors.<\/p>\n<p>Les maneres de\u00a0construir i divulgar aquest relat\u00a0s\u00f3n diverses, per\u00f2 tenen en com\u00fa una orientaci\u00f3 propositiva:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posar l\u2019accent en les pr\u00f2pies capacitats i\u00a0els beneficis que aix\u00f2 genera<\/li>\n<li>Mostrar comprom\u00eds amb els destinataris dels missatges<\/li>\n<li>Enumerar actuacions fetes (enlloc de prometre o nom\u00e9s parlar de plans)<\/li>\n<li>Reiterar els valors<\/li>\n<li>Defensar i posicionar la pr\u00f2pia manera (l\u2019estil, la metodologia) de fer les coses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fa quasi dos segles,\u00a0<strong>Abraham Lincoln\u00a0<\/strong>va sentenciar:<em><strong>\u00a0\u201cpots enganyar\u00a0tothom algun temps; pots enganyar alg\u00fa tothora. Per\u00f2 no pots enganyar tothom per sempre\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. En una \u00e8poca de comunicaci\u00f3 multicanal, r\u00e0pida i que arriba a tothom,\u00a0les\u00a0<em>fake news\u00a0<\/em>acaben passant factura.
