Elaborem plans estrat\u00e8gics, plans d&#8217;acci\u00f3, plans de gesti\u00f3 de crisis, plans de continguts&#8230; \u00c9s la forma de fer el millor possible la nostra feina. I, evidentment, hem d&#8217;estar preparats per ajustar els plans quan sigui necessari o incl\u00fas per refer-los sencers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 <strong>disposar d&#8217;un pla \u00e9s clau per ser eficients en la nostra feina: permet complir terminis, disposar dels recursos necessaris en cada moment i comprovar si s&#8217;estan assolint els objectius.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-8869\" src=\"http:\/\/op-team.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/planning-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/op-team.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/planning-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/op-team.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/planning-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/op-team.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/planning-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/op-team.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/planning-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/op-team.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/planning-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Com ja s&#8217;ha dit en m\u00e9s d&#8217;una ocasi\u00f3 en aquest bloc, qualsevol acci\u00f3 de comunicaci\u00f3 ha de comen\u00e7ar necess\u00e0riament per<strong> establir uns objectius.<\/strong> Amb uns objectius (millor que siguin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketingdirecto.com\/actualidad\/checklists\/objetivos-smart\">SMART<\/a>, ja que ens hi posem) ben definits, ja podem tra\u00e7ar el pla que ens portar\u00e0 a assolir-los.<\/p>\n<p>A banda dels objectius, <strong>cal tenir en compte variables com els p\u00fablics objectiu, els recursos de qu\u00e8 disposem<\/strong> (econ\u00f2mics, humans, tecnol\u00f2gics&#8230;) <strong>o l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia corporativa global<\/strong>. Tots aquests \u00edtems ens conduiran a desenvolupar les accions m\u00e9s apropiades.<\/p>\n<p>I el fet de pensar abans de fer permet, tamb\u00e9, estalviar costos. Ja que<strong> sempre \u00e9s m\u00e9s barat encertar a la primera que haver de fer reformulacions.<\/strong> O incl\u00fas variacions d&#8217;un producte o servei per necessitats que podr\u00edem haver previst: triem una o altra soluci\u00f3 segons el p\u00fablic, el canal&#8230; Si a mitja producci\u00f3 es decideix un canvi en aquest sentit, a part d&#8217;endarrerir el proc\u00e9s, molt probablement l&#8217;encarir\u00e0, ja sigui a nivell d&#8217;hores de dedicaci\u00f3 o a nivell d&#8217;altres recursos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s veritat que, com apunt\u00e0vem al principi, <strong>els plans a vegades tamb\u00e9 estan per canviar-los<\/strong>. Pot ser necessari fer ajustaments, i aix\u00f2 no vol dir que el pla inicial fos dolent, poden haver canviat moltes circumst\u00e0ncies externes o, en el transcurs de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de les accions, podem veure que no estem assolint els resultats esperats i calgui ajustar-nos.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 en definitiva, tinguem present que <strong>la planificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una part molt important per a l&#8217;\u00e8xit en Comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong>.
