Estem permanentment connectats. Per\u00f2, com ens afecta l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019informaci\u00f3? Un concepte formulat per primera vegada l\u2019any 1970 per l\u2019escriptor Alvin Toffler, amb el nom de <strong>sobrec\u00e0rrega informativa<\/strong> i, m\u00e9s endavant, popularitzat <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per l\u2019especialista en comunicaci\u00f3 Alfons Cornell\u00e0.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La infoxicaci\u00f3 pot provocar estr\u00e8s, angoixa, desconcert, ansietat, dificultats a l\u2019hora de prendre decisions&#8230;Per aix\u00f2, cal tenir present que, perqu\u00e8 la informaci\u00f3 es converteixi en coneixement, abans hi ha d\u2019haver un proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 al darrere.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I per evitar una indigesta d\u2019informaci\u00f3 us compartim alguns<strong> consells<\/strong> que us poden ser \u00fatils:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Destria i selecciona la informaci\u00f3. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No tots els continguts que trobem a Internet s\u00f3n \u00fatils ni fiables. Selecciona bones i poques fonts d\u2019informaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Llegeix de forma pausada. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprendre i assimilar un text o una informaci\u00f3 requereix del seu temps. La pressa no \u00e9s un bon aliat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Utilitza serveis per llegir despr\u00e9s. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guarda la informaci\u00f3 en aplicacions que et permetin recuperar-la i llegir-la m\u00e9s tard, com ara la llista de lectura de Safari.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Introdueix filtres pel correu electr\u00f2nic. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filtra els missatges fent \u00fas d\u2019etiquetes i subscriu-te \u00fanicament als portals que siguin del teu inter\u00e8s. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Posa\u2019t uns horaris d\u2019\u00fas del m\u00f2bil i les xarxes socials.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Recorda que cal fer-ne un bon \u00fas i no un ab\u00fas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I, el m\u00e9s important: <\/span><b>apr\u00e8n a desconnectar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
